Lithium battery charging IC chip SY7656 PMIC

The SY7656 is a single-chip solution IC designed specifically for small-capacity lithium battery charging/discharging applications. It integrates a linear charging management module with a charging current of 1.0A and a synchronous boost discharging management module with a maximum discharging current of 1.0A, with built-in power MOSFETs. The SY7656 also integrates battery level detection, LED status indication module, and button function module, providing a simple and easy-to-use solution for small-capacity lithium batteries (lithium-ion or lithium-polymer).

The SY7656 offers two customized solutions for the KEY button, discharge module power on/off, and other functions, making it convenient for customers to choose and use. The SY7656 is packaged in an ESOP8 form.
